We are very happy with the service and quality of work that we received. We had an emergency when our hot water heater broke on Monday, a technician was at our house the next morning at 9 AM to do the replacement! And I must say so much more reasonably priced than three other companies we priced out. Great communication, great Service all at a great price – we highly recommend, and will utilize in the future!
All the guys from Stellar Plumbing that I have worked with have a terrific demeanor, high level teamwork together, and are tenacious workers. The name suits them well. Their plumbing work is Stellar.
Never showed up for appointment yesterday. I called 4 times went to voicemail each time no call back. That is in no way stellar service.
They were very thorough and very nice. They replaced a few parts and fixed it great. Would definitely call on them again
Stellar was great! I *really* appreciate that their dispatch and plumbers kept trying to reach me when I was hard to get hold of, early in the morning. Other plumbers would have just skipped to their next customer, leaving me hanging. The plumbers were efficient, pleasant, and smart. They explained my problems (which I had misdiagnosed) before they fixed them, to make sure that I knew what I was getting. I really appreciated that.
