Extremely disappointed in this company. I would not recommend. I reached out to get someone to come look at a branch pipe which was damaged. It was not made clear on our call that there would be any call out charges and I would only incur charges if the pipe was to be repaired during the visit. The engineer was round the corner, came in for 30 seconds and left saying that they'd need to issue a quote due to the height at which the branch pipe is located. Stuart and the bathroom team did an excellent job fitting our new bathroom. They provided helpful advice, completed the work diligently, tidy, and on time. They were extremely polite and friendly, and Stevie is also an excellent tiler! We also had all our radiators fitted and checked by Gary and the heating team and they were extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. Thank you Stellar for an excellent service.
Don't waste your time, or this company will waste yours. We had a measure and quote for a large bathroom renovation from Stuart, who said he would provide us with a designed quote in the next few business days. We emailed three times to chase the quote and called the office three times and spoke with Mark. We were told we would receive a call with an update each time. I was delighted at the service and quality of work carried out by Stevie and Rory. I would definitely recommend this company to carry out any bathroom replacement.
Excellent company to deal with. Stuart Kerr is very knowledgeable and helpful. A pleasure to have his staff carrying out various works of a replacement tap, boiler and both en-suite and family bathrooms. His staff so obviously take pride in their work and rightly so. They are great at what they do. Soon as hubby has lifted our hall floor we’re looking forward to them installing a lovely new radiator too! Can’t praise them enough. A great team.
