I hurt my shoulder throwing something. It very painful lifting my arm up or behind my back. I babied it for about a month and it did not get much better. I went to Stellar Physical Therapy and Danita (the therapist) went to work on me. She was great. After she evaluated me she told me what I had injured and how she planned to treat it. After 9 visits I have no pain. She told me that my shoulder is still weak, probably from not using it. ALTRU Physical Therapy - scheduled my appointment when I was able to attend therapy every week. My schedule changes weekly and they were more than available to see me. They gave me great releif of the pain I had in my neck and back and I feel better for it. If you have pain you should try them at Altru physical thearpy. great treatment.
