I cannot recommend Stellar Performance enough for a safe and fun return to exercise post baby! Classes are lead by experienced and friendly instructors with workouts that are tailored to your fitness level. There is a focus on women’s health that sets Stellar Performance apart with a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. Childminding service takes the stress out of organising time to exercise. I am loving Stellar group workouts post baby. The trainers are fantastic, there is baby minding available through the week during workouts, and the environment is extremely welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Stellar provides a strong encouraging community for you to train with and a variety of classes. They are incredibly flexible with accommodating any injuries you have and where you require alternate exercises. Highly recommend.
