Alexis is so friendly and inviting
Middletown DE location. From the beginning of the process; nothing but problems with tasks being carried out to complete the insurance process to get my braces covered. I should have known then not to continue with services and move on to somewhere else based on the initial issues. I stayed the course and I am just not happy with their customer service at all. Even in emergency they cannot seem to get it right. Here is to hoping this journey gets better.
