I called to make an appointment the receptionist who answered the phone was wonderful. her name was Norma. from the Millsboro location. but she sounded so happy. she helped so much kept her patience and after all that I didn't even have the right number she happily transfered me to the company I was meaning to call. I had to make a review just for her that's how amazing she was. thank you Norma.
Dentist and assistants are very professional. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the front desk staff.
Best place to go we normally go to the one in Dover they are good also but the staff was way above and beyond the staff is amazing and office is clean and decorated beautifully my daughter had an emergency and needed to be seen they fit her in and we didn't wait long she said she loved the staff and then we want to leave my car wouldn't start I had left the lights on and I want it to ask if anyone could help they all jumped on it no judgement or anything one of the men in the office can out to bring his car around and jump m... read more
