Visiting this clinic is a big challenge for the patients. You can wait a long time in a hall, in a checking room, in a doctor's room much more than seeing the doctor and assistants. I have been here three times by specialist referral, and it is the same long time. A lot of patients for only one doctor. Disappointed. Will try to change the clinic.

The staff is nice but they have terrible time management. My sister had an appointment at 12:30, we were waiting to get a room until 1:20 then had to wait another half hour for the doctor to come in. If an appointment is for 12:30 then it should be 12:30. People have plans, kids, work and other things going on in their lives and do not have this kind of time on their hands. Was there for over 2 and a half hours to have 3 basic tests done that took 5 minutes, and at the end 5 minutes with the doctor. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as it seems this wait time is common here based on other reviews.

This place is horrendous. They tell you to expect to be there for 2 hours, what they don't tell you is that you'll be sitting and waiting for the doctor for an hour for maybe 10 minutes of face time. They try to sell you extra exams upon arrival even before you see the doctor. Why do I need more tests if it's not medically necessary and if it was wouldn't it be covered?
