I’ve been to this eye clinic four times now, and every single time the wait to see the doctor has been extremely long. They book multiple patients at the same appointment time, so everyone ends up waiting in the room for ages. It feels very poorly managed and frustrating, especially when you arrive on time. Scheduling should be handled better so patients aren’t left sitting for so long.
An unkind reception, an insincere hospital, a waste of a star.
If I could give zero stars I would. I have seen Dr. Mehta and used her eye clinic to purchase new glasses. Right from the start my new glasses did not seem to be correct. I went back several times because I could not see properly using my glasses. They told me that the prescription was not accurate and they replaced the lenses. They still did not feel correct and I went back again and was told that my eyes just needed time to adjust. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The time management of this place is absolutely horrendous . It’s so disrespectful to your patients and seeing that there is multiple comments of this sort , and clearly no effort to improve … will not return.
