I got a milky white gel manicure and I loved it! Unfortunately, I had broken a nail an hour before my appointment, but the lovely nail tech was able to glue it and save it. Excellent service!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Got a full set of gel x done and within 2 days, 2 nails had broken. I had to go back and get both nails fixed. The next day, another nail broke, and I had to go back for the fourth time in 5 days, and they were rude to me. None of the nail breaks were my fault, the nails simply were done wrong and very weak. Was very disappointed.

They do not honor appointments first. I watched several people, along with myself, who had appointments, sitting and waiting in the middle of their services while they took every single walk-in, causing everyone interrupted service. A man (who I assume was the owner or manager) was also answering the phone while he worked on a portion of my manicure. The reviews weren’t so great before I came here, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is incredibly clean and I got a basic pedicure, which included a massage and was quite nice. I would definitely return the next time I’m in Rhode Island.
