I found Kiera after seeing someone recommend her in the comments on a TikTok post as a highly rated stylist in the Bay Area. Curious, I Googled her and saw a ton of glowing reviews and now I completely understand why! The salon is cute and the gift shop is filled with very unique items. The parking is extremely limited. I had been a client for over a year and I loved my stylist, followed her from another salon. However the salon owner has a lack of respect and disregard for the clients who patronize her salon. So, although I loved my stylist and have nothing but compliments on my curls, I will no longer support a business owner who thinks it’s ok to behave in the most unprofessional, immature manner.
