We have a really old crane that has started to show its age. I was really nervous the parts would no longer be available. The parts gal was super helpful and found all the parts and had them on hand. I got the parts quickly and correctly which greatly reduced my down time. Very great experience.

We are down a hook-lift truck for almost 2 weeks waiting on warranty parts. Not happy with the lack of communication and slow pace to correct the issue.

I bought 2021 ford F550 during covid 1 year later the box in the back the paint started to bubble up also the trans had some leaks as well its so hard to deal with stellar even if you try to purchase new equipment they basically dont like little guys period thats sad very very sad

This place has been a very poor place of employment they get mad at me for not working fast enough while I am one of the best employees in my section and not discipline the employees who talk to eachother and screw off at work very frustrated with this company
