Stellar AV has excellent Installers, I am glad I chose them to install my Home Automation System.
Horrible customer service and managment. I highly recommend going elsewhere. We used this company to install Control 4 and have had nothing but problems. We have since hired a new company to fix what they did and couldn't be happier. Research other options there are many across DFW. You will be sorry if you go with Stellar.
This has been an unprofessional and very disorganized process, the individuals managing the operation have consistently provided misinformation, went as far as to boldly make inaccurate statements that could have easily been avoided had they taken the time to get organized with the documentation, installation items were missed, items were double charged, and now we have equipment that has failed in < 30 days and there is clearly no urgency on their end to fix.
