Edit for Stallar's comment: they said they tried to take care of it, but that is not true. They never reached out or attempted to resolve this at all. My last communication was me asking for the photos and receipt that I never got. Landed up being another $300 for another company to come in and actually clean. They did an amazing move out clean for a friend! The detail was on point! I was there to inspect and almost always find something missed but not with Steller Homes. The gals who came were also so friendly and helpful! They really wanted to make sure everything was move in ready and were willing to hang out until I could look around and see everything.

We've used Stellar Home Services for monthly cleans the past year. They are very professional and thorough in their communication and cleaning. I received a message a day or two before our monthly clean to remind me, and they were always very flexible when I needed to reschedule. I knew I could rely on the cleaner to do an amazing job each month - it was well worth the money to come home to a clean house after a long day. We had to move out of state for my boyfriend’s job and had very little time to get the house cleaned for our move-out per the property management. I found Stellar on google and they were able to get our house cleaned two days later! Since I am out of state, I wasn’t able to be there while they were cleaning. After the crew was done, one of the ladies was able to FaceTime me and walked me through every single detail! They did a FANTASTIC job, I couldn’t recommend them more!!
