We scheduled a deep clean 2800 sq ft home. They did a "Stellar" job!! They moved furniture and cleaned the hardwood floors, cleaned baseboards, moved furniture to vacuum, wiped down doors & smudges on walls. They were efficient and professional. I was so pleased I now have them clean my house bi-weekly. Love walking into my home after they have been there. Definitely recommend them!!
I used Stellar for couple of years and they were okay at first, but the experience seriously declined as time went on. There were a couple of billing mix ups and quite a few schedule changes and cancellations on their end. In addition, I think they had staffing issues, as we frequently would have a completely new cleaner who didn't seem to have much experience / training. On the last visit, Stellar sent someone who was so obviously high that I ended up canceling our service. Would not recommend.
I have not used this service for the past six months, yet I received two charges for $2,500 and $2,510 on my credit card last month. I spoke to the COO last week and she assured me they would be refunded. They have not been refunded. This company is committing blatant theft.
