Michael was very professional, almost acting like he didn't work for the company but for me. He got a great deal on my system, and service plan. He was very honest and listened to what I wanted, and made sure it was in my best interest and made it happen, with his team and expert knowledge and experience
Jeff was the one who installed our new furnace. He was punctual and very professional. Our new furnace is working great and couldn’t be happier with how it looks .The sales rep was very informational without being pushy and helped us make the best decision for our house. I recommend anyone who needs a new Hvac unit to call fire and ice.
