Andrew spent plenty of time accessing the condition of the whole system not just the repair. He made sure I understood the details of needed to be done today and what might need to be done in the future. I started a service contract, something I don't normally do, because I feel like this is a company I can trust. Thanks for a job well done!
They were very honest and professional. They checked my equipment to make sure that it really needed to be replaced or could be fixed. They explained to me step by step for me to make the decision to buy a new ac unit. The installation took 4 hours and during all this time I saw the techs working very carefully checking every little part of the equipment.
