Awful customer service provided by Yvette Barnes. She wrote the wrong name in the forms so it delayed my sons getting scene. After confirming the appointment 7 days before the appointment this document was still missing because the wrong name was initially put. I voiced my annoyance that this is the 3rd time confirming the appointment and she cancelled my long waited appointment for my children. Her pettiness take presidence over the well being of children.
