I ordered a small vitreous china sink online. This was the only place I could find a shiny bright white sink in my small size anywhere!! Something went wrong and their website charged me for shipping even though it said this item qualified for free shipping. I called them and the person who helped me was very pleasant and took care of it right away. It arrived very well packed and all in one piece. Thank you Stellar Fixtures!
I completed a rennovation in NYC and I highly recommend Stellar Harware for all your bath and door harware. best selection and prices. showroom that you can visit and has everything on display. And they work closely with you at each step. I worked with Edison Hernandez... ask for him as he is super knowledgable helpful. I even had a few construction issues that needed extra attention long after my purchase and each time Edison went out of his way to help me resolve.
i called requesting information on hooking up a Dorn Bracht bathroom faucet to my water outlets. Was directed to email a member of the staf with the particulars. Did so several days ago and have not received any reply.
This place has taken great care of me twice when I needed particular fixtures for the apartment my mother moved into in New York City. They have about a million of these all around the walls of their store, and apparently another million somewhere in the basement! After failed attempts of locating what I figured was a simple plumbing part, calling lots of well known places in Brooklyn and Manhattan (including the well stocked NY Replacement parts - who said they wouldn't have anything close to what I needed,) I called Stellar Hardware and Bath looking for that special washer for a commercial bath faucet - I needed it to complete a commercial job I had in midtown.
