Solar Panels installation - Denver Panels were installed on 12/01/2017 Stopped working end of 2018, not working all year 2019. Tried calling the company Stellar Energy contractors on the phone number on the website - 720-545-1270. No one answers and can not leave a voicemail. Called Solar Edge that's where the equipment is from, they ran a diagnostic and said that I was approved for a "RMA" and that I would need the installers to replace it. We hired Stellar to remove and replace our solar panels for a roof replacement. When done they didn't power the system and had to come back. My monitoring system was not working after they were done. I communicated with them for over 2 months with no results to help solve the issue. We had to contact each of the manufacturers of our equipment to get solutions. happy to accept payment not willing to back up there work.
Two of my panels are under producing. Many calls to Stellar have resulted in no help at all. At first it seemed like they were standing behind their system. They even sent someone out to look at everything. No action beyond that. They promise to return my call but never do.
Saw you on 7 News tonight about scamming several people out of the hard eared $$. SHAME ON YOU...
We have worked with this company for years, they have always done a wonderful job in all areas including customer service, installing, and their timing is quick. We love them!!
insulation and windows done, any problems were eventually resolved
didn't do half of work bidded for, work they did do resulted in a damaged fence, smashed part of my swamp cooler and now I am looking at water damage to my house and furniture due to their window installers.... to say I am disappointed would be a HUGE understatement.. however, will say, so far they are seeming to be responsive to taking responsibility and correcting issues
The team at Stellar Energy Contractors is awesome. They just finished installing my solar systems. I was impressed with their workmanship and professionalism.
