I've never been to a bike shop - or really many businesses at all - in my life run by someone as passionate, helpful, and down to earth as KC. When I came in with a lot of issues on my bike, he only took care of exactly what I wanted him to, provided amazing guidance and gear for me to take my bike home and finish the project like I had wanted.
