Rich took $14,500 down payment in April of 2022 to build two sunrooms for my elderly parent's condos. She has been patient and believed Rich when he said that it will take 12 weeks, then another month, then now not responding to my mom's calls or text messages. It is beginning to look more and more like this might be a scam. With winter setting in, the concrete has not even been poured.
