Rich was awesome! So thorough, and has a wonderful crew working for him. He was professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Made my house just so much better. Would recommend this business to anyone who wants good, quality work.
Rich came out a year or so ago and gave us a deck estimate. Deck to be out of Trex. The deck was finished but now the side boards are warping. He came out and looked and said he would correct at his expense. We have not heard from him nor will he answer phone calls or email or text. It has been over a year! We are very disappointed and would never recommend him to anyone. I hope Rich will contact us and get this deck problem corrected. Cindy Neidig Koke Mill Springfield, illinois
I’ve been waiting for a home repair since September of 2024 with no return calls or emails. I’ve called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Rich came out and gave me an estimate and time frame of when he would get started. Since then.. crickets!
