Website says 24/7 call answering I've called 5 times in business hours with no response and Ive emailed with no response.... I'm trying to give you money

Placed a large order, paid for 3 day express shipping. Not only has it been 9 days, but I was never supplied with package tracking numbers. Have placed multiple phone calls today and there is never any answer and no voicemail. Also sent an email requesting order status and nothing yet. As of right now, I would certainly not recommend them but will gladly update this review should the issue become resolved.

Terrible experience with this company. I most likely will not be ordering from them again. They sent the incorrect shirt twice and took them 2 months to finally get the correct shirt sent to me. I was not pleased with the way everything was handled.

The customer service was outstanding! I called in a panic and needed a race shirt shipped the same day. While still on the phone, it was pulled off of the shelf and was received the next day with standard shipping from MA to VA. I'll be a loyal customer and recommend them to my friends! Thank you Stellar Apparel!

Excellent customer service! Pricing is competitive and love dealing with a local company. More than a vendor relationship- stellar apparel took the time to get to know our business and suggest marketing ideas that would help elevate our marketing efforts.
