I had a 9am waxing and 10am lash extensions. Ten minutes into fill out forms for the extensions, my cell phone rings. The manager four feet away calling to inquire about my 9am waxing. Because I was not formally greeted when I entered. Between services I used the bathroom. DIRTY bathroom!!! Very regretful of my experience with Stellar Aesthetics. After reading through many 5 ⭐️ reviews, I purchased a Groupon for the premade volume lash extensions and had an appointment on 4/21 at 5:00pm — the two girls behind the counter were not very friendly but my lash tech Vi was very engaging and fun — after about 1.5 hours Vi told me she was going to stop as she felt my eyes were watering too much, that was fine with me because the volume looked good. I saw Lindsay for lip filler and Botox. She is the best! I had my lips done at a different med spa back in 2021 and I didn’t love the results so I was nervous to try it again, but Lindsay listened to my concerns and gave me the exact look I was hoping for. Her office is warm and welcoming and she made me feel right at home. She is super knowledgeable and sweet. One of my best med spa experiences to date. Thank you Lindsay!
