Guy in the linker office on the metro parkway side, wouldn’t tell me his name, looked mid 40’s salt and pepper hair/beard, was extremely rude and arrogant towards me for no reason. Refused to give me my paperwork back so I could contact my dispatcher. The other terrible reviews are 100% accurate and true. I will definitely avoid making other expedited deliveries to this place. The dock worker that unloaded me was super nice and friendly though. Stay away from this place.

The lady at linker office doesn’t know how to talk with people and always treat very rude to drivers i think linker should fo something with her

They security gate worker here has no respect for drivers. The disrespect and the way he speaks to drivers is atrocious. Its a job, if you hate your job and are such a misserable person find something else to do. Unbelieveable. Dock workers are good, the plant is usually pretty quick and respectful.

08/14/2025 around 7:45 in the morning, linker office guy was so rude, disrespectful yelling at me ( Schneider driver asking for an empty) , not helpful at all, just pure disrespect and rudeness, thanks to the yard guy, and the person in charge of the yard for helping me, and being so nice to me and other drivers, and giving explanation (appreciated) also the security guard was nice to me, hope other drivers won't experience the same disrespect that I've experienced today, office guy unprofessional, need to learn how to do yo... read more
