Odd combination of good haircuts... pleasant hairstylist, and their inability to return phone calls. Had lost my phone, and had not put my upcoming appointment in my Google calendar. Called twice asking to verify date of upcoming appointment since I respect their time and my stylist. Evidently they do not have the same feeling of respect for me...my time...and business.
