I have long, thick hair and A LOT of it. I only get my hair done twice a year usually and Joanne is understanding and accommodating, making sure it will still look good as it grows out. My hair turns out exactly as I want it to every time and she never cuts off more than I ask! I was going to the salon in Clinton when she was there since it’s very close to me, but now that she’s so busy at her salon in the mall, I followed her there.

I've never been happier with a salon. I love the personalized care and the follow up care I've received here. Everyone is professional, while also creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is the only salon I go to now.

My daughters came to Joann and their hair turned out great. So, since my girl moved to NC I needed a new stylist. I was very happy with my cut/blow-out and our nice conversation. I will be coming back!

First I started to take my niece here because they did braids . Then they did her cuts & trims too . Each person has done a really great job on her hair . I had a trim and have had braids and both were done great . Hairdressers make sure you are comfortable and that as they go you are happy with the work being done . My sister also goes to and it’s really a great salon . The prices are reasonable & they offer many services. For years I avoided this place thinking it’s a “ mall salon “ now I wish I had discovered it sooner . ... read more
