I’ve been going for services with Jo for three years. She’s always done an amazing job with my hair and my children love her as well l.
Very disappointed. My son recieved an under processed perm. We wanted a tight perm and when after everything was done in was very underwhelming. She advised to give it week and call and come back if it wasnt what we wanted. His hair was at best wavy not curly what so ever. Even lathering product in his hair and crunching repeatedly, still wavy. I called back and was advised I would have to pay To come back to have it redone, which is rediculous after spending $100. Joanne has been doing my hair for over 10 years. I’ve followed her wherever she has gone over the years. She listens, gives advice if needed, and always delivers the most beautiful color and cut! She also cares about the health of my hair. The salon itself is clean and conveniently located in the mall. Highly recommend!!
