He was very communicative throughout the entire process and helped me choose the right shingle color for my home, which I really appreciated. I HAD A LEAK IN MY LIVING ROOM THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE FIXED. HAD TWO COMPANIES COME IN AND TELL ME IT WAS MY FLASHING. THEN I CALLED STELLA AND HAD STEVE COME IN AND LOOK AT MY PROBLEM. HE INSTANTLY REALIZED WHAT WAS WRONG AND TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME THAT THE OTHER 2 COMPANIES WERE RIGHT ABOUT THE FLASHING BUT MISSED A SECOND PROBLEM THAT WAS CAUSING THE SECOND PART OF THE LEAK. I would absolutely recommend Steve and Stella Roofing Services. I have to say after the job they did today, I am not surprised seeing so many 5 star reviews about his work ethic and most importantly, his communication. We had three different quotes for the repairs/replacement of our roof and Stella was the most reasonable. The entire process from beginning to end was easy and quick. The co-owner of the company, Steve, met with us himself to look at our roof and give us a quote. He was upfront and honest the entire way through the process. The roof took one day to replace and the results look phenomenal.
