Avoid! Company was sold recently. Had Stella for almost 20 years -- just fired them! The new company hires out subcontractors, who do not use proper chemicals and stabilizer - they are apparently skimming on product as a subcontractor and leaving the pool green almost every week! Called the company -- could've cared less. Also, the subcontracted pool guy mixed up our return valve with the drain valve and drained about a quarter 1/4 of the pool. I called to have a new service done to our brand new pool in Miami Shores, because you come highly recommended. We need a service and someone who cares about our new pool. Apparently you service the East Side of Miami Shores, but not the West Side? So disappointing!
