I went in for gel nails. The staff was nice, but while doing my nails, they: cut into my cuticles and made me bleed multiple times, sprayed my open wounds with alcohol with no warning, burned me with the UV lamp twice, and shaved off some skin. They didn’t understand what I wanted (language barrier issue, maybe?), which lead to many miscommunications. I got a shellac removal and application (no manicure). Overall it was a poor service. The polish was nicely applied on my right hand but way too thick on the left. My thumb polish didn’t cure properly and the aesthetician didn’t notice until I brought it to her attention. Then she had to reapply top coat and put my thumbs under the light 2 more times. I love my nails, Jenny was so fast, understood perfectly what I wanted 💜 (excellent conversation tho) I’ve been coming here for years, and this is an update to my previous review. Linda and the other girls are such lovely and welcoming people. Linda always does a perfect job on my nails, the shaping is flawless, never too thick, they last a long time, and she always helps bring my design ideas to life 🩷
