My experiences with this nail salon hasn’t been a 5 star experience, maybe 1.5 at BEST. I only went to the salon for gel nail polish and usually the pricing is reasonable and I’m always nice and tip very good regardless of the situation. These past two times have been a nightmare. The tech sanded my natural nails down to nothing, so bad that my nails split and broke. I have hard healthy nails and they ruined them. I had to cut them back and start over. If I can give them 0 I would. They gave me a rushing pedicure, drilling my toes nails paper thin. It was uneven and look horrible. The tools that they used for my pedicure was not clean, I can see rusty parts of the clipper. The manager was rude and disrespectful. Never again!!
Service was great! Natalie did an amazing job on my natural nails and was able to do the design I wanted without any issues! Natalie no longer works here. At the time of the original review she did.
Clean place, friendly service, nice nails. They pay attention to detail while also being quick, which I appreciate. I always see at least one person cleaning, like wiping down chairs and sweeping.
I had a 3:30 p.m. appointment with Young which she wasn't the person who did my pedicure that was the 2nd time that has happened at this shop.
