As a pet owner who has great empathy for her dogs and anyone else's, I rate this place poorly because this establishment does not understand this. It is unsanitary and the staff is emotionally disconnected with its patients. Please Please if you love your dog(s) as much as I love mine don't trust them with this establishment .
