I’ve tried to contact Stella numerous times after purchasing a claim and got no answer or response, even left a voicemail. It took me 4 days to get an answer and when I did she was rude. I ended up cancelling my policy and switching to another company and while working with my new insurance provider, more information was needed. My insurance, State Farm customer service and myself spent a whole entire day trying to contact Stella and received no answer. I do not recommend!! She does not know how to communicate.
