I had the most incredible experience at Stella Grace Bridal. This was the first wedding dress boutique I went to, and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Ashely was so friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely excited to help me find my dream dress. Had the most amazing experience working with Ashley at Stella Grace!! I said yes to the dress at my first appointment, she was so helpful, kind, supportive, and made the whole experience perfect and stress-free. The bridal shop is adorable as well. I can’t recommend Stella Grace Bridal enough!
Ashley is AMAZING. She listens to what styles you are looking for and is not pushy. I hade a GREAT experience saying YES To the Dress. I highly recommend working with her as the 1-1 and a quiet atmosphere, aids in your experience..
***So now instead of just refunding the money for the UNORDERED DRESS…She has JUST NOW placed the order for the dress that I do not need. How simple would it have been to charge me a fee for her time and refunded the rest?? I went to Stella Grace and found a dress that I thought I loved, but later that evening had second thoughts. I went to Stella Grace and found a dress that I thought I loved, but later that evening had second thoughts. I emailed the owner right away and asked her not to process the order and she replied that she wouldn’t . Since she only carries one designer I ended up finding my dress at another store and asked her for a refund. She replied no refunds no matter what. So she is keeping $2,000 of my mother’s hard earned money and never even ordered the dress. I just can’t recommend a business like this.
