Stella doesn't pay their subcontractors. These scammers shouldn't be in business. Don't work for them, or buy their product. Either way you will regret it.
Not surprising they went out of business. The entire staff was a bunch of lying half wits.
We found out after our house was built and paid for that Stella did not pay some of the building suppliers. A lien has been put on my house and I had to hire an attorney to protect myself. Frustrating as they did a great job building the house. Be careful.
Stella has been amazing to work with! We love our new home!
