The ribeye was average. The filet was so so. The fries were better than the steak. It was definitely not a $50 steak. Probably better steak at Texas roadhouse. The drinks were delicious. The biscuits were horrible. Service was pretty good. Probably not coming back.
We were in downtown Springfield at an appointment and decided to get lunch here. The store is decorated very nicely inside. There is a modern contemporary design with a choice of booths or tables. We were met at the front station by the host and shown to our booth. The seats were comfortable. The wait staff arrived quickly to show us the menus and explain specials, and take our drink orders. My husband and I had a date night here and weren’t impressed. Although the restaurant is located in a historic building and very unique, the food was lacking. I had the ravioli dish and would not recommend it to anyone. It was by far the worst meal I’ve had at any restaurant. It looked like slop you would feed livestock and the taste was just as bad. We called day-of and they were able to get us in on Valentine's Day! It is a neat place, contemporary and comfortable. Service was great. Limited menu for the holiday, but we loved it! I got beef tips with a savory bread pudding - so tender and yummy. He got the halibut, also delicious.
A suave joint right in downtown! Walking into a freshly remodeled interior set the mood for the evening! Quickly greeted and served our drinks we settled in for our meal. Starting off with the perogies, they were served with a marinara and some artichoke dip? But either way was quite delicious!
