Stella has assisted me since 1990 when I purchased a two flat in Bucktown. The property taxes went from an astonishingly low amount of 200.00!!! to over 2500.00. Now remember, if you were alive yet!, Bucktown was not at all similar to what it is today!! It was a great place for artists to find and rent entire factory floors for 850.00 a month. We’ve been using Stella and her staff for our property tax dealings for years. All of the form filling is easy and usually done via email . Occasionally I have the pleasure of talking to someone in the office. Keep up the good work .
A client for 13 years, got no response from their firm for the last 3 years, called to find out my circumstances (figuring that maybe my property did not qualify for assessment reduction), and was bombarded by Stella! She literally yelled at me saying their firm had the best records around (while I had records of faxes I had sent her...hummm) and saying that I had not sent anything!
