DO NOT RENT HERE. Their towing policy is absolutely ridiculous. They have towed our vehicles many times and you MUST update it every 24 hours. As well as the maintenance man completely disregards work orders. We’ve been waiting for 3 months for the maintenance man to come, and he never does. Despite repeatedly calling.
What a beautiful community! Me and my wife came looking for a 1 bedroom; we were helped by Londyn and let me tell you, she’s a bundle of joy, I would’ve never expected her to be the manager being so welcoming and forthcoming!
Let me start off by saying I’ve contacted the office twice about someone coming to fix my dryer and no one comes and now we hear rats in the walls and they said it’s not their responsibility and to call animal control , I always see big rats outside at night and when we leave the vallet trash out rats bite thru the trash can and tear up our trash !!! They don’t want to take care of any maintenance issues properly. The lady in the front always had an attitude too. This will be our last year in these apartments they are awful ... read more
