It’s very nice.
This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in not just in Pearland, but anywhere in Texas. Management seems unable to properly manage the community, and instead of fixing problems, residents are the ones punished with unreasonable rules and poor communication. The property is constantly dirty, unorganized, and poorly maintained, with cracked walls and neglected common areas. Maintenance is incredibly slow..
