This was the worst choice for me to ever choose. I thought it would be okay to ignore the reviews but now I owe over 8,000 dollars for an apartment. Don’t do it. Remove this as choice immediately. Amenities are not up to code. Terrible choice of standard practice of living. I wish I could give a 0 out of 5 star living. Chelsea is a great person in front office.
These apartments have a rule where you have to put your visitors on a guest permit to park if they are visiting u even if they are just coming for 5 minutes to drop something off to u.Now if u order pizza delivery or Door dash your delivery driver is at risk of being towed while they are looking for your apartment to deliver your food. The towing service is 24/7.I was sitting in my car in the parking lot an watched the tow truck guy ride thru twice with no head lights on his vehicle .That is dangerous because many residents ... read more
