The initial property manager, Property Results, was excellent for a non-private owner, so I may have been spoiled, but the new owners (UP Management Services, bought in 2023) was enough of a downgrade that all the legacy neighbors I knew and I left within the following year. Maintenance was slow and the office was flippant. My unit is still listed for rent and absolutely not worth what they're asking. Well I wrote a review in AUGUST and tbh i don’t recall all that i said in the review but obviously UP management couldn’t handle it or better yet couldn’t OWN up/take responsibility for what they lack in managing a apartment complex . So my bf has lived at “stockton lofts” (STELLA 360) once managed my property results for 7 years and I lived there for at least 5, almost 6 . The apartment is cute and the rooftop patio is such a plus, but I would strongly discourage anyone from renting from this property management company. Their lack of professionalism and respect for tenants is appalling. Issues are mishandled, and communication is often dismissive and rude. It’s clear they have no regard for their tenants or the properties they manage. If I were the owner of this company, I’d seriously re-evaluate my hiring practices.
