I had an issue with my key fob not opening my door late at night around 2am, and Edwin from maintenance came right away to help me. He not only assisted me in getting inside but also took the time to carefully assess and address the problem with the fob and door access system. His professionalism, quick response, and dedication—especially at such a late hour—really stood out. I truly appreciate the excellent service and support Edwin provided!

This kind of dedication makes a huge difference at a property.
My experience thus far has been mostly positive living in Stella apartments. The staff is very kind and is ready to help in any way possible. The maintenance supervisor, Edwin, has been especially helpful with any concerns I have within my space; he is always ready to help! Though I know this issue is not the building management team’s fault, people can be very loud outside of the apartments at all hours of the night. I’ve had such a great experience living here! The maintenance staff is fantastic. I’ve never had to wait more than a day for a request to be handled. Edwin, the manager, is always so responsive and makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. The leasing team is also incredibly helpful and super friendly; I’ve never had an issue with them. My apartment is kept up to date, and anytime I need something, it’s just a quick phone call or request away. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
