A garage attendant told me I was okay to park in the spot I stopped in and the signage was confusing. I normally park in the New Carrollton metro garage for my commute to Philly but it was full, I come back from Amtrak and find my car has been towed— please improve the signage in the garage it is so confusing to have reserved spots next to signs saying it’s okay for commuters to park
It’s was a pleasure touring with Kash. She’s such a great leasing agent. Made me feel right at home. Hopefully I’ll be a resident very soon. Stella is very clean and homie filled. You won’t be disappointed. I love that’s it’s away from traffic areas but close to the city as well. Train station is directly across from the apartments which at first I thought would be a problem. They definitely keep the bad unwanted traffic contained. I would give this apartment a 9/10 for cleanliness and peace.
The apartment should provide guest parking passes for the tenants guest for a set amount of days. If guest pass is not returned by the date, the tenant accrues a fee. Guest should not have to pay for parking.

My experience at Stella has been nothing short of amazing! Kash did an outstanding job showing me multiple apartments and helped me find the perfect one. Nigel has been incredibly helpful in getting me acclimated to the property and answering all of my questions. Edwin is exceptional at handling maintenance requests—he responds quickly, efficiently, and ensures everything is taken care of promptly. I truly appreciate the fantastic team here!
