Watch out for him asking about your finances and estate plan...irrelevant and inappropriate to a heart check up..strange!
I saw him during my pregnancy because I had blood clots as well as a hole in my Heart. During and early after pregnancy we discovered I also have palpitations as well. We discussed a plan on how to proceed to fix both issues with my heart being the hole and the palpitations. But due to Vehicle and living situations I was not able to Proceed. He did my father’s surgery and could not complete it due to the complication with the artery which is fine. But when we simply asked for a referral he refused to give us one and proceeded to push us to the doctor of his choice. When we declined he still refused to give my dad the referral to see a specialist when we asked several times and literally went into the office to ask face to face. This doctor should not be allowed to practice. It’s a doctors duty to refer a patient out that they no longer can operate on or serve.
This dr is very knowledgeable however his time management is horrible. I constantly watch him and his wife walk to other offices throughout the suite and I showed up for one appointment where he was not even on site and the staff was clueless as to whether he would return. Better office management needs to be in place to make sure doctors stay of schedule. Or they should bring in Dr's in fellowship to help keep timeliness of appointments.
