Requested a tow service through my AAA app and it said up to 2 hour eta. Looked around the area myself and found Steitz and requested a tow using my AAA call number. The driver came within 40 minutes of my call (we were 15min out of town). He was professional and informative on everything. He loaded up and dropped the vehicle at my house. We grabbed him some food on the way home so he can eat when he left. Would definitely recommend Steitz and will use them again!

My car got stuck today out in the middle of nowhere on a canal.The first towing company was unable to locate me so AAA transfered it to Steitz Farren, the owner texted me right away and made sure she had my location and Rick was very professional and was able to get my car unstuck fairly quick .I appreciate this business doing a great job,Thank you Farren and Rick
