I had the best experience with Mark and Matthew at Steinway. I have 2 players in our home he worked with both of them to find the best fit for our family. And WOW is he also such an amazing piano player. They worked with payments and had our piano delivered in time for a graduation party. I am so thankful for their assistance.

Nice pianos and beautiful recital hall
I have always trusted Steinway to move my 122 year old 1903 Henry F Miller 6’7 grand piano with art case. However this time, it was unfortunate for the first time ever, Steinway damaged two legs. I believe the movers stacked rather roughly on the piano legs a couple wood blocks really hard on top of them while installing the piano in the new location. I will have to consider options in the future if I don’t feel confident again to hire Steinway during my next move. I will still consider being a customer but I have some doubt... read more
