I was doing some house projects and needed a climate-controlled warehouse for my piano. I left a message with Mark at Steinway Austin, and he called me back right away. He set up a pick-up for the very next morning and took the time to walk me through the process and address my concerns. We had a great experience at Steinway of Austin. Mark took the time to educate us on the different piano models and helped us to understand which options would be the best fit for our daughter. He encouraged her to play multiple instruments in the showroom and even gave us a tour of some historical pianos.
