I just wanted to take a moment to praise the excellent service I received with Steinway Piano Gallery. I inherited a piano that I really knew nothing about. I did some research online into selling it myself but quickly became overwhelmed with not only the amount of leg work but also the cost that would go into actually moving the piano out of my home. I am very disappointed with my experience with Bill M*******. I called Steinway to sell a piano that I purchased there 7 years ago. I was put in touch with Bill M******* who told me I had to pay $1,000 to get the process started. He said this would cover his out of pocket expenses such as moving, reconditioning and evaluating the piano. He came to my house and looked at the piano. Then he gave me a ridiculously low offer.
