Unreliable Steinway Pianos in Westport is one of the worst run establishments I have ever come across. The sales people (either of the two in the store) do not come to the point and make false promises. They said they would obtain the desired piano from Brooklyn headquarters but never did. At least three phone calls to them were never returned. They made me fill out sheets of paperwork and then never delivered the piano. Just horrible client service, arrogant and unreliable.
