I took my dad to Steinway Diagnostic Imaging for a chest X-ray, and the experience was truly excellent from start to finish. I called the same day and spoke with Debbie, who was incredibly professional, courteous, and accommodating. She managed to fit us in right away. When we arrived, we were kindly greeted and only waited about 5 minutes before being seen. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole process smooth and comfortable. Amazing! Very friendly and competent - from the receptionist to the mammogram and sonogram technicians to the doctor himself. Every talked to me and listened and answered my questions for one of the more terrifying doctor's appointment of my life. Most importantly, they were able to fit me in next day - the big hospitals all needed two weeks before they could get me in for an appointment. I was beyond thrilled to find them.
