Renee is an Awesome worker, I have encounter many sale workers as well as been a customer of steins for the last 20years or more, its like having cynde back, Renee, is the first new sale worker that has made me want to keep coming spending money sense cynde left. Keep her please.
I stopped in Stein’s today to get my bracelet resized and my engagement ring cleaned and the beautiful Renee was awesome and did the best job. If you’re in the need of any jewelry please do yourself a favor and visit Stein’s They are a pillar in the community.
Renee was the best customer service representative that I've had the pleasure of working with. I walked in talked with Renee to let her know what I wanted in a ring, and she gave me many ideas. With her charm loving personality, I was able to walk out of here with a ring of my choosing with the help of Renee and I give her a five star.
Came in yesterday to get my earring post fixed. They told me two week and (Renee) the customer service representative made it happen with in 24 hrs instead of two weeks. Once I came in to get my earrings, I end up purchasing a diamond cross so they will continue to get my business and shop with Renee.
I enjoyed working with Marie. I love shopping here, you never know what you are going to!!
