I have been coming in for nearly a year to have jewelry appraised and purchased. All of the customer representatives Mito, Armando and Renee have always been welcoming and very professional and honest. Mito is incredibly knowledgeable and all of them are so patient. I am extremely grateful and satisfied with my experiences.
