We have had SO many plumbers over to our house for various issues (we have an older home). I've never felt confidant in any of their work, and we've continued to have plumbing issues. Dwaine Steinmetz came over today and it was just completely different. He took the time to really explain our issues to me and gave his advice - which actually made sense to me. I completely agree with their slogan "Your Plumber for Life;" I know they will be ours! Wow! Thanks, Dwaine.

John showed up on time and completed the appointment quickly and professionally. He was happy to answer my questions and left my home as he found it.
John and Noie and Duane did a great job installing 2 hot water heaters in my attic. Also, installed 2 toilets.
