I requested a quote for lawn maintenance and snow plowing and in that request I provided the address for the property. Their website clearly states that they do both of these things, and they came highly recommended. A young kid came out to the property, walked the property with me discussed my options with me. 2 weeks later I received an email stating they were sorry for the confusion, but they thought this was a commercial location and they were not interested in bidding. Steinmetz Landscaping just finished a job at our house and we are completely thrilled. They installed a fire pit area in our backyard and also did a planting area in the front of our house with bushes, perennial flowers, fieldstone edging and river stone mulch. The fire pit area was a real challenge due to the grade of the yard, drainage issues and many large rocks but they had the right equipment to get the job done properly, while causing minimal damage to our yard. We signed up for lawn and fall cleanup services. They did a great job throughout the summer. They were quick to come back and fix an issue when there was one. The work they did for fall cleanup was great as well.

Hired to redo lawn which was "suppose" to include grading/leveling with new topsoil and seed. Half the yard was not leveled. Brought in unscreened sand with large rocks (which I'm still picking up). Sand washed away creating ravines and extremely large bare areas. Grass looked better prior to their work. They over promised and under delivered. They rushed the job, and did the cheapest possible job. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
