I paid for a home inspection, and he refused to even attempt to get into the crawlspace. After purchasing the home he inspected, I discovered the subfloor under the washing machine is severely rotted. When I asked for a refund because of this, I was told that it is impossible to navigate the crawlspace, that is a blatant lie and just an excuse. I am thoroughly annoyed at the lack of professionalism.
