They are more profit based then people based and would rather cancel your appointments to make sure they make money without knowing who is going to cancel rather you just started going to them so it’s clear if you don’t respond right away or given a time limit of two hours or so is more about making money and not about family’s who work. Horrible and not for people who have jobs that don’t let you carry your phone on you. Mind you if you don’t answer you phone you risk losing your appointment and for some of us your job all to just call them so you don’t lose your appointment. Some of us have no choice but to work before the sun rises and way after it sets! If I had a history of not showing up I would get it but no that’s not the case. I will be better off where they treat you better.
