It took four separate delivery trips over several weeks for my bed frame to be delivered as the first time the delivery crew broke the bed, the second time I came home to see the piece scratched up and damaged not to mention they marked up and scratched my bedroom walls. Very disappointed by the customer service in the Green Bay Area. Was told to stop acting like a child while looking at furniture that I had intended on purchasing. To the old man that yelled at me, consider not judging people on the spot next time. We were there to furnish our house 😡

Terrible customer service (especially Chris). Highly disappointed in the treatment received. Would not buy from them based on that.
