My husband and I were shopping for a sectional sofa and accent chairs. Gabi, at the east side location, made the process go very smoothly. She even searched for extra deals that we were not aware that we qualified for. Not once did we feel pressured to buy that day or pressured to buy more than we needed.

All sales staff, and the manager, at the Madison East location were great. Particularly, Gabi H. She went above and beyond to help with our purchase, help to resolve a prior rebate/store credit issue, and make our desired delivery date happen despite that date not being available at the time of purchase; she even followed up later that evening with a pleasant email letting us know she confirmed the delivery date, and remembered that we have a party coming up. Kari Fox was awesome. Asked the right questions, matched us with the right split mattress and adjustable base after trying many. Also gave us a deal we couldnt refuse! No need to go anywhere else. She knew her stuff!
