Very friendly staff. Our sales person asked us what our needs were and was very good at showing us appropriate sofas. They double checked all the paperwork to make sure everything would go exactly as it should. It was a pleasant experience with a nice selection at every price range, and we will defiantly shop there again!
Poor salesmanship lost our business. My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress. We usually stick to sub-$1000 mattresses and were planning to stay within that price range, but after the salesperson Cassie had us try multiple beds, we found a more premium option that we loved priced at $1700. We discussed financing options and were feeling really good about the purchase even though the bed was about twice what we initially planned to pay, it was that comfortable. We were in the market for new deck furniture as well as new furniture for our basement home theater setup.
