The sales person was very helpful.
Sales clerk was ok. Manager and Assistant manager were off putting as we worked through price matching on the Tempurpedic website. We spent more than $14k and I expect better service/attitudes than what we received. Honestly it would have been easier just ordering direct.
Jim is really awesome to work with. We wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Thanks for being kind and patient with our family! We didn’t feel pushed or rushed in any way.
Joe was very helpful and patient.
Jeff was the best salesperson I have never had. Jeff gave us multiple tours around the store as we were asking a lot of questions and he gave us time. He was not a typical salesperson that was pushy or stalking us around the store. Because of Jeff, we will be back to purchase more for our home.
